Your pet’s care is always our number one concern. We'll be straight-forward and honest with you at all times regarding your pet’s condition and needs.   When a health issue arises, we will discuss all possible treatment options with you and suggest the course of action we feel is best suited to the situation.  If you have questions or concerns, or you don't understand why a treatment/diagnostic procedure is recommended, please ask and we will always take the time explain the options in more depth.  Regardless of our professional recommendation, the final decision about pet care alternatives is always yours to make.
